Shipping and Returns

It is the number 1 priority of Alpaca Blankets Corporation to provide complete customer satisfaction in all areas of our business. If your purchase does not completely delight you, we'll take it back for exchange or refund within thirty (30) days of original ship date: provided it is in the original factory packaging, not damaged and unused.
Shipping terms for customer orders are F.O.B. Oceanside, California.
Risk of loss is assigned to Buyer once Alpaca Blankets, or its vendor (in the instance of a factory drop shipment), delivers the product to the carrier. Delivery times are good faith estimates only and Alpaca Blankets Corporation or its vendor will not be liable for delays. All shipments are subject to stock availability. All U.S. domestic shipments are FOB Shipping Point and in all cases title shall pass upon delivery to the carrier at point of shipment and thereafter all risk of loss or damage shall be upon Customer (without regard to which party pays for the shipping costs). Next Day and Second Day Air Service is available within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Delivery dates provided in advance are estimates only and shall not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates. Insurance on shipments is charged separately per Carrier and is always a customer optional consideration and is not part of any shipping and handling fees assigned by Alpaca Blankets.
Buyer shall have five (5) Business days after actual receipt of Products to inspect the Products prior to Buyer’s acceptance thereof.
All shipping damages must be documented (written/photographed) and immediately reported to the shipping company and Alpaca Blankets Corporation (CS101@NOSPAM alpacablankets.com). Remove NOSPAM.
Failure of Buyer to inspect the Products within such period and to notify Seller of Buyer’s rejection thereof and the specific grounds for such rejection within a reasonable time thereafter shall constitute a waiver of Buyer’s right of inspection and shall be equivalent to acceptance of the Goods except with respect to latent defects, fraud and Seller’s warranty obligations.
If Buyer rejects goods, Buyer shall immediately notify Seller of the inspection fault. Seller will correct fault with an acceptable solution within five (5) business days or issue an RMA for return of faulty product and replace with new product.
